Toshiba UTLH21 CIEMAC nV Series TC-net Optical Ring Communication Unit


UTLH21 is the dedicated optical ring communication gateway of Toshiba CIEMAC nV DCS system, manufactured in Japan, matched with HFAS11S main controller and USIO21 remote I/O station. It undertakes 100Mbps TC-net fiber ring bus data forwarding, connecting central control rack and distributed field I/O stations to realize real-time bidirectional transmission of analog/digital process signals.

This unit integrates dual RJ45 Ethernet ports and multi-channel fiber optical interfaces, supports 3 independent fault-tolerant optical loops to avoid single cable failure causing system offline. Equipped with complete running/fault LED indicators, it supports hot swap and redundant ring network deployment, widely used as spare communication hardware for thermal power and petrochemical Toshiba DCS transformation and maintenance projects.
