Product Description

The GE DS200TCCAG1BAA is a high-performance common analog I/O control board exclusively designed for GE Speedtronic Mark V turbine control systems. As a core analog signal processing unit, it undertakes high-precision acquisition, conversion and output control of on-site temperature, pressure, flow and vibration analog signals, realizing stable signal docking and closed-loop regulation between field transmitters and the main control system.

Adopting industrial 80196 microprocessor architecture and 10kHz high-speed sampling technology, this module is equipped with 1MB flash memory and 64KB RAM for efficient data processing. It integrates signal filtering, analog-to-digital conversion and fault self-diagnosis functions, with built-in electromagnetic shielding and surge protection circuits. Featuring outstanding environmental adaptability, it ensures low-noise and high-stability analog data operation for long-term turbine system full-load working conditions.
