Product Description

The ABB PNI800 is a dedicated high-reliability plant network interface communication module designed for the ABB PN800 real-time control network and Symphony Plus SD series automation systems. Serving as the core network gateway and data interaction bridge, it realizes bidirectional real-time communication between upper HMI, SCADA, engineering workstations and field SD series controllers. It supports standard industrial network redundancy protocols, providing stable, low-latency data transmission and system docking functions for medium and large-scale industrial process control systems.

This industrial-grade network module adopts professional industrial communication architecture, compliant with IEC 62439 PRP parallel redundancy protocol, supporting zero-switchover-time redundant network operation to eliminate single-point network failure risks. It integrates multiple high-speed communication interfaces to adapt to multi-device parallel docking and real-time data interaction requirements.
