Product Description

The Triconex 3625 is a high-integrity TMR digital output safety module developed for Triconex triple modular redundant Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). As a core field control execution unit for industrial safety control racks, it is dedicated to outputting switch control commands, driving on-site actuators and executing safety interlock actions, providing reliable output execution guarantee for ESD shutdown, fire-gas protection and process safety control logic in high-risk industrial scenarios.

Adopting standard TMR three-channel independent fault-tolerant architecture, the module eliminates single-point failure risks and ensures high-reliability output performance for critical safety loops. It features 32 high-density monitored 24VDC digital output channels with a single-channel current capacity of 1.7A, supporting centralized driving of multiple field solenoid valves, relays and switching actuators. Equipped with full-channel real-time output status monitoring, load fault detection and circuit self-diagnosis functions, it can accurately identify open circuits, short circuits and abnormal load states, realizing timely fault alarm and isolation.
