Toshiba HFAS11S High Performance DCS Main Controller Module


HFAS11S is the core CPU controller of Toshiba CIEMAC nV Series distributed control system, a 32-bit high-speed industrial rack-mounted main control unit manufactured in Japan. It executes all closed-loop process logic, I/O data processing and multi-network communication scheduling for power plant, chemical and metallurgy large-scale DCS systems, fully compliant with IEC 61131-3 international programming standards.

This controller adopts independent RISC processing architecture with ECC error-correcting memory to avoid data corruption. It supports dual redundant hot-backup configuration, dual 100Mbps TC-net fiber ring I/O bus and gigabit Ethernet monitoring network. Widely stocked as spare core control hardware for overhaul, replacement and capacity expansion of legacy Toshiba CIEMAC DCS cabinets.
