Core Functions

  • Continuously collect full-set electrical parameters of distribution loops, including voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency and bidirectional energy consumption statistics.
  • High-speed sampling captures power transients, records voltage sag/swell events and stores complete pre/post-trigger fault waveforms for post-failure analysis.
  • Real-time harmonic monitoring detects waveform distortion caused by inverters and variable frequency drives, providing data basis for power filter optimization.
  • 4 programmable relay outputs trigger audible/visual alarms or control capacitor banks once power quality parameters exceed customized threshold setpoints.
  • Dual isolated communication interfaces enable simultaneous data upload to SCADA, DCS and building management systems for centralized power monitoring.
  • Built-in self-diagnosis function automatically detects CT disconnection, PT abnormal and internal circuit drift faults, uploading alarm logs via communication bus.

Application Scenarios

  • Power quality monitoring spare meter for thermal power plants, combined cycle power stations and hydropower generator distribution cabinets.
  • Harmonic and energy metering equipment for petrochemical factories, large industrial motor MCC rooms and offshore power generation platforms.
  • Sub-metering and power fault diagnosis devices for commercial data centers, high-rise office buildings and shopping mall power distribution rooms.
  • Monitoring meter for photovoltaic, wind power new energy grid-connected cabinets and energy storage system power loops.
  • Retrofit replacement for aging power monitoring instruments with inaccurate metering and missing disturbance recording functions.
  • Global aftermarket spare inventory for power plant automation and electrical maintenance teams worldwide.
