Core Functions
- Convert wide-range industrial AC/DC mains into stable regulated 24VDC power to feed I/A Series controllers, analog/digital I/O modules and fieldbus equipment.
- Active power factor correction minimizes grid harmonic pollution, reducing power consumption and extending service life of peripheral electrical equipment.
- Parallel redundant design enables seamless load sharing; single faulty unit can be hot-swapped without cutting power to the whole DCS rack.
- Dual-stage current limiting avoids cascading system trip caused by field wiring short-circuit or module internal breakdown faults.
- Large integrated aluminum heat sink realizes passive heat dissipation, eliminating fan failure risks and lowering long-term maintenance workload.
- Front panel LED status indicators visually display power input, normal output and fault alarm for rapid on-site troubleshooting.
