FOXBORO AD916CC I/A Series Preassembled Termination Cable Assembly
AD916CC is Schneider Foxboro I/A Series dedicated pre-terminated signal cable, equipped with right-angle DB37 male connector and detachable green DIN rail terminal block. It serves as the signal bridge between FBM series analog I/O modules and on-site field sensors, transmitting multi-channel voltage, current and pulse signals for process flow, temperature and pressure measurement. Double-layer shielded twisted pair structure suppresses industrial electromagnetic interference to guarantee stable analog sampling accuracy.

This fully assembled wiring harness features fixed factory wiring layout and numbered terminal labels for quick circuit identification. Original Foxboro production has been discontinued, it is a core aftermarket spare for aging I/A DCS cabinets. The split terminal design allows module replacement without re-routing all field cables, drastically cutting maintenance downtime for continuous production plants.

Core Functions
- Transmit multi-channel analog measurement signals between Foxboro FBM fieldbus modules and field transmitters, realizing real-time process data collection for DCS closed-loop regulation.
- Dual-layer shielding eliminates ground loop noise and radiation interference from high-power inverters, avoiding signal drift and sampling deviation in power, chemical and metallurgical control rooms.
- Separable green terminal block enables disconnection from DB37 connector independently; field wiring remains intact during I/O module overhaul without re-cabling.
- Pre-terminated factory wiring reduces on-site wiring workload, with printed circuit number labels to simplify circuit inspection and fault troubleshooting.
- Right-angle DB37 plug saves cabinet internal space, avoiding cable bending damage caused by narrow rack installation space.
- Unified Foxboro I/A Series electrical definition, direct plug-and-play replacement for aged, cracked or short-circuited original cables without modifying control configuration.
