Product Description

The Triconex 3506X is a high-density multifunctional hybrid I/O safety module designed for Triconex TMR (Triple Modular Redundant) safety instrumented systems (SIS). As an integrated field signal acquisition and output unit for safety control racks, it uniquely combines digital input and analog output functions in a single compact module, realizing unified management of discrete signal monitoring and analog process regulation, greatly improving cabinet integration and system configuration flexibility for critical industrial safety systems.

Built with exclusive TMR triple redundant fault-tolerant architecture, the module supports 16-channel configurable digital input and 8-channel high-precision analog output, featuring dual-mode intelligent signal switching and flexible channel parameter configuration. It adapts to dry/wet contact digital signals and standard 4-20mA/0-10V analog output signals, covering most conventional industrial process control requirements. Equipped with full-channel real-time self-diagnosis, signal anomaly detection and fault isolation mechanisms, it enables accurate fault location and non-stop single-channel fault processing. With industrial ultra-wide temperature resistance, strong EMC anti-interference performance and professional safety certification, it adapts to harsh petrochemical, oil & gas and power plant environments, supporting 24/7 long-term stable operation of high-risk safety instrumented systems.
