PILZ 301140 SafetyBUS p Decentralized Digital I/O Module
301140 is a decentralized safety I/O module manufactured by PILZ, specialized for SafetyBUS p fieldbus safety control systems. Equipped with 8 safe digital inputs and 8 semiconductor safety outputs, it establishes direct safety signal connection between local field sensors, safety actuators and central safety controllers. The module adopts dual-channel safety circuit design to comply with high-level machinery safety standards, widely used as spare safety components for Centrotherm thermal furnaces, packaging lines and heavy-duty automation equipment.

This DIN-rail mounted yellow safety module supports 24VDC standard industrial power supply, with built-in short-circuit and cross-circuit fault detection circuits. It exchanges safety status data via SafetyBUS p bus cables, realizing distributed safety interlock logic without hardwiring all safety signals back to the main safety PLC. It is a mainstream maintenance spare part for vintage production lines with PILZ safety bus architecture.
