ICS Triplex T8461 TMR Digital Output Module


T8461 is a SIL3 certified triple modular redundant (TMR) digital output module for ICS Triplex Trusted T8000 safety control system, equipped with 40 high-density 24/48VDC output channels. It adopts full triple fault-tolerant circuit architecture, dividing channels into 5 independent power groups of 8 channels each, to drive solenoid valves, motor starters and safety interlock actuators in hazardous process industries.

This safety-critical I/O board is a core maintenance spare for SIS safety instrument systems. It supports hot-swap replacement without rack shutdown, built-in full-channel line monitoring and short-circuit latch protection.
