MOTOROLA FLN4234A CPU3680 VME Bus Industrial CPU Processor Module
FLN4234A CPU3680 is a Motorola original VME bus single-board industrial CPU module, widely matched with FOXBORO I/A Series DCS rack control systems. Equipped with a 32-bit high-speed RISC processor and VxWorks real-time operating system, it undertakes core real-time logic computing, field signal data processing and multi-channel bus communication scheduling tasks for large-scale process control racks. The whole PCB adopts industrial conformal coating to resist dust, humidity and strong electromagnetic interference in power and chemical control cabinets.

This plug-in rack CPU integrates independent Ethernet, serial and CAN communication interfaces, with large-capacity RAM and Flash storage for offline program backup and long-term operation data logging. It supports redundant hot standby operation to avoid single-point failure shutdown of production lines. Now out of original production, it is a key aftermarket spare part for overhaul and replacement of aging FOXBORO DCS and VME industrial control equipment.
