Product Description

The NI PXI-4071 is a high-performance 3U PXI-format FlexDMM module integrating a 7.5-digit precision digital multimeter and isolated waveform digitizer. It delivers ultra-high 26-bit resolution and comprehensive multi-parameter measurement capabilities, supporting high-voltage, micro-current and mega-ohm resistance detection. Widely applied in industrial test, aerospace and precision calibration scenarios, it serves as a core high-precision measurement unit for automated test systems.

Combining DMM steady-state measurement and high-speed digitizer acquisition functions, this module supports up to 1000 VDC / 700 VAC high-voltage measurement and 1.8 MS/s isolated waveform sampling.
