TRICONEX 3625 Invensys configurable digital output module rated load limit

The new high-density modules, enhanced diagnostics, and ATEX compliance of the TRICONEX 3625 help improve the performance of the Invensys flagship Safety Instrumented System (SIS) and reduce installation costs. Invensys Process Systems, the unit of Triconex, said that its new generation I/O subsystem for Tricon the third mock examination Redundancy (TMR) safety and critical process control system also has higher resolution, faster scanning speed, innovative single point monitoring method and user configurable digital output module rated load limit.

Triconex stated that the new I/O functionality provides higher speed and better accuracy for high-speed critical control applications, improves the operation of connected control components, while reducing the cost and ownership cost of each I/O point.

Release of version 10.2.1 of the Tricon Safety Instrumented System Platform. This provides greater flexibility for Tricon users when configuring secure and reliable critical control systems.

Release of TriStation 1131 version 4.1.437 developer workbench in Tricon v10.2.1 to support I/O module configuration.

The T ü certification of the TRICONEX 3625 standard covers I/O modules and field terminals in potentially explosive environments. The I/O modules and external terminal panels of the Tricon system can now meet the application requirements of non flammable electrical equipment in hazardous locations such as volatile gas environments. These changes can eliminate the need for isolation barriers or similar configurations, as well as the associated installation and maintenance costs.

TRICONEX 3625 Enhanced Diagnostic Monitor v1.1.111 is a software application based on Microsoft Windows XP that provides a more comprehensive view of the health of the Triconex security system. This application helps end users make better troubleshooting decisions while maintaining security system configurations, minimizing downtime.

The Tricon TMR safety and critical control system can be easily integrated with all popular distributed control systems (DCS) and can serve as a safety system platform within the infusion enterprise control system (ECS).
