Product Description

General Electric developed the 193X543ABG02 board as a time delay relay card. This device was manufactured for the 193X series of replacement drive boards. As it is a member of this replacement series, this card can be applied to a number of GE brand drives and exciters. When it is installed, the card provides a set of identical relay channels to the board. Both of the relays found on the board can be set to activate on a time delay.  AX Control maintains a large on-hand supply of GE FANUC replacement parts. 

Installing this card provides the drive with two time delay relay channels. Output relays from the 193X543ABG02 board can be sourced using either a +20V, a -20V, or a 115 VAC input signal. Onboard relays are developed with a time delay function. Delays can be adjusted over three time ranges between 0.1 seconds and 60 seconds. An external power supply rated at ±20 Volts is required for relay energization. Both relays consist of a 24 VDC coil and four (4) form C contacts. When relays are energized, light-emitting diodes on the card will illuminate. When inputting 115 VAC, the card features a pilot duty rating of 0.8 amps of inrush current and 0.18 amps of holding current.
