Product Description

Manufactured as an Exciter De-Excitation board the IS200EDEXG1ABA model is used to store energy from the attached generator, any of the stored energy from this model must be dispelled prior to the shutdown of the EDEX model. While the EDEX model is primarily used with the Mark VI Series it also has the capability to be used with EX2000 Generator Excitation Controls, GE Fanuc PLC-based Controls, Historians, HMIs, and Static Starters. The communication function which allows for communicating with the aforementioned systems is the Unit Data Highway (UDH). There is an Ethernet-based network that allows for a message-based protocol for sharing multiple nodes based on IP/UDP standards.
