What are the faults that can be detected by the driver circuits on the IS200DSFCG1ACA board?

Two fault types can be detected on the IS200DSFCG1ACA model through the driver circuits. The faults are a desaturation fault and an undervoltage fault. The faults will be reported through a multiplexed differential fault for both lower and upper IGBT circuits. The undervoltage fault will be indicated when the voltage between the +15 and -15 V supplies drops below 20 V. The desaturation fault on the IS200DSFCG1ACA model will be indicated when the gate driver is commanded to turn the IGBT on, and the voltage drop between the collector and emitter of the IGBT is monitored; when the voltage exceeds 10 V for longer than four microseconds a desaturation fault will be called. When the desaturation fault has occurred on the DSFC model the BPIB board will operate the DSFC board in burst mode, where a PWM signal of 2 MHz is used to slowly decrease the gate voltage to zero.
