Product Description

The IS200DAMAG1ACA printed circuit board is a Gate Drive Amplifier and Interface Board for Innovation Series 620  frame low voltage drives.  Innovation drives were used as part of General Electric Mark VI Speedtronic systems for the control of gas and steam turbines.  

The IS200DAMAG1ACA works in conjunction with a single IGBT module for the upper phase leg and a single IGBT module for the lower.  These are typically CM1000HA-28H Powerrex IGBTs.   DAMA boards are designed to connect directly to the Bridge Personality Interface board and to the gate, emitter, and collector terminals on the IGBT.
