GE IS200VSVOH1BDC VSVO Servo Valve Control Board


The IS200VSVOH1BDC (VSVO) is a dedicated servo control board for GE Speedtronic Mark VI turbine control system, responsible for closed-loop regulation of electro-hydraulic servo valves. It receives valve position setpoints from the main CPU, outputs high-precision drive signals to fuel/steam servo valves, and collects LVDT position feedback to form high-speed closed-loop control for gas and steam turbine load adjustment.

This VME single-slot pluggable board matches TSVO servo terminal baseplates, fully conformal coated PCB adapts to high-temperature, vibration turbine workshop environments. It supports both 2-coil and 3-coil servo valves, compatible with active/passive speed sensors, and enables hot-swap replacement without rack shutdown to avoid unit unplanned outage.
