ABB RTD0003 RTD Temperature Input Card
RTD0003 is a dedicated temperature measurement plug-in card for ABB Relion 620 series protection IEDs, used to collect resistance temperature detector signals from transformers, generator bearings and power equipment. It supports multi-type 2/3-wire RTD sensors, converts resistance variation into digital temperature data for relay logic judgment and temperature overheat protection, with built-in signal filtering and galvanic isolation to resist substation electromagnetic interference.

This slot-type auxiliary board integrates 6 RTD measurement channels plus 2 analog 4–20mA auxiliary signal ports, matching all Relion 620 series protection devices. It adopts high-precision constant current sampling circuit with ±0.6% full-scale measurement error, and transmits real-time temperature data to the main protection CPU for over-temperature alarm and trip interlock. It is a standard maintenance spare for power plant and substation transformer protection cabinets.
