GE IS420UCSBH3A UCSB Universal Control System Block Controller Module


The GE IS420UCSBH3A is a high-performance UCSB universal control processor for Mark VIe Speedtronic turbomachinery control platform. Equipped with a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and QNX real-time operating system, it serves as the core logic unit to execute turbine regulation, protection and sequence control algorithms, communicating with remote I/O packs over high-speed IONet bus.


This fanless controller supports IEEE 1588 precise time synchronization and hot standby redundant architecture. It adopts conformal coating for harsh industrial environments, compatible with ControlST configuration software. Widely used for gas turbine, steam turbine and large compressor control system commissioning, upgrade and spare part replacement.
