ABB CMA130 SYNPOL Synchronization & Load Sharing Module


The ABB CMA130 is a SYNPOL automatic synchronizer and load sharing control module, designed for generator sets parallel operation. It continuously measures voltage, frequency and phase angle between generators and busbar to realize accurate synchronization control before generator breaker closing.


This module supports isochronous and droop control modes, achieving balanced active and reactive power distribution among multiple generators. Equipped with adjustable synchronization thresholds and breaker advance closing time, it is widely used in power plants, cogeneration stations for system upgrading and spare part replacement.
