ABB PFEA111-20 3BSE028140R0020 Compact DIN-Rail Tension Amplifier Module


PFEA111-20 with part number 3BSE028140R0020 is ABB’s cost-effective compact tension measuring amplifier under the PFEA tension electronics series, designed to match Pressductor load cells for web production tension monitoring and closed-loop control. It accepts dual load cell input signals, processes and outputs standardized 4–20mA / 0–10V analog tension signals, and features a built-in LCD screen to separately display channel A, channel B, sum (A+B) and differential (A-B) tension values for on-site visual checking.

This IP20 DIN rail mounted unit adopts industrial anti-interference circuit design with adjustable signal filtering to suppress vibration and electromagnetic noise from printing, papermaking and film slitting lines. Equipped with four physical operation keys for parameter calibration, zero reset and range setting, it requires no extra handheld calibrator for routine debugging.
