The SCC-K 23093-4-3KXG801000U0100 is an ABB thermal gas converter equipped with a quartz glass reaction tube, powered by 230 VAC mains supply. This 19-inch 3U rack-mounted unit adopts high-temperature thermal cracking technology with adjustable heating temperature ranging from 50°C to 700°C, featuring conversion efficiency over 99% for NO₂ samples. It has built-in dual LED status indicators, manual NO/NOx mode switching, and a 9-pin D-Sub communication port for fault signal output to upper DCS.
