Emerson A6312 Dual-Channel Speed and Key Monitor Module
The Emerson A6312 is a single-slot dual-channel speed and keyphasor monitor designed for the AMS 6500 Machinery Health Monitoring system. It receives pulse signals from eddy current proximity sensors to continuously measure shaft rotating speed, rotation direction, zero-speed status and phase position of critical rotating equipment.

This module fully complies with API 670 machinery protection standards and supports hot-swappable operation without system shutdown. It provides 4~20mA analog outputs and buffered sensor signals, enabling seamless data transmission to DCS, PLC and predictive maintenance platforms, widely supplied as spare parts for rotating equipment protection system maintenance and upgrades.
