GE HYDRAN 201R Transformer Incipient Fault Monitor
GE HYDRAN 201R is an online dissolved gas monitoring device for oil-filled power transformers. It continuously detects composite fault gases dissolved in insulating oil, capturing early signs of thermal overheating, partial discharge and arcing faults before severe equipment damage occurs.
This monitor adopts selective membrane and fuel cell sensing technology, sensitive to hydrogen, carbon monoxide, acetylene and ethylene. It provides analog output, relay alarm contacts and serial communication interfaces. Widely supplied as replacement spare parts for power plants, substations and industrial power asset predictive maintenance systems.
