Product Description

The ICS TRIPLEX 9300, 9852, and 9802 constitute a full-set high-integrity triple modular redundant (TMR) safety instrumented system solution for critical industrial process safety control. This matched module suite serves as the core logic operation, precision signal acquisition and safety execution unit of the 9300-series SIS platform, covering the entire closed-loop control process from field signal collection, safety logic calculation to on-site actuator driving. It is specially deployed for high-risk industrial scenarios that require ultra-high reliability and fault tolerance, providing stable safety interlock, abnormal early warning and emergency shutdown protection for petrochemical, thermal power, chemical and new energy industries, ensuring the intrinsic safety and continuous stable operation of automated production systems.

The 9300 main controller adopts standard industrial TMR three-channel synchronous redundant architecture, eliminating system single-point failure risks through triple synchronous operation and voting mechanism. Equipped with multi-protocol communication interfaces and powerful safety logic computing capability, it acts as the central core for system scheduling, data processing and safety judgment. The supporting 9852 analog input module is a dedicated high-precision TMR safety acquisition unit, featuring three-channel synchronous sampling and high-resolution ADC conversion. It accurately collects industrial analog parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level, and filters interference data through redundant voting to ensure the authenticity and stability of safety data.
